Project Spotlight

Children's Music Room - Toronto, ON

  • September 2010

Project Description

We were tasked with overhauling the whole of the new premises that Children's Music Room had acquired. First port of call was to prep, prime and paint the exterior walls in a neutral colour. Located in Leaside, the building has the benefit of exposure to lots of foot traffic as well as moving vehicles. The letters had to stand out to grab the attention, so the cream was a wise colour selection. After the building was painted, including the green doors, we moved on to painting the letters directly onto the building. Being as the substrate we were working with was brick, it was all the more important that the letters looked accurate and readable, both close-up and from a distance. I think the end results speak to the quality of work we achieved, and the new owners were equally as impressed.
